Astonishing fight between two huge male elephant seals (Mirounga angustirostris) at Piedras Blancas Beach, in the middle of the Californian Big Sur. This is a marvelous place which allocates a permanent colony of these big marine mammals, comprising up to 9,000 individuals. Adult males reach a length of 5 meters and weigh more than 2 tons. Fights among males are frequent. This is a composition of a three-shot photo burst.
I finally got a picture of one of my favorite animals on earth. The cute sea sea otter (Enhydra lutris)
